About Shirley Eves Center
Our Mission
Shirley Eves Center provides services, advocacy, and support for people with disabilities and their families. Our center fosters a community built on inclusion, integration, and independence.
Our Vision
Shirley Eves Center envisions a future where every child from birth to three has the power to thrive. Through essential resources and support, we empower families to unlock their child's full potential.
Our Philosophy: Connection Through Play
At the heart of our work is a simple but powerful belief: the most significant learning happens when caregivers connect with their children through the joy of play. Play is more than just fun, it is the primary way toddlers explore their world and develop critical skills. Â
Our Programs
The Shirley Eves Center has four programs for children ages birth to three. They are our Early Intervention Program, Toy Library, Developmental Resource Fund, and Early Reading Program.
